With everything is going on a lot of us started grooming ourselves at home. I didn’t want to visit the salon the wait was long and boring. Also, social distance is important to maintain and it’s a good way to learn some skills at home. I wanted to share some of the things I did to remove hair color for me at home.

Some of the reasons to consider removing color from your hair in the comfort of your own home it is a lot less expensive. To remove dye from the hair may take some reprocess. Although this is not the safest and you should consider a few things before you attempt to use chemicals in your hair. I recommend you check out homemade hair dye remover that is more natural.

There are plenty of people coloring their own hair and it's damage. If you look at your hair and it's not healthy, dry, brittle, or falling out do not put any more chemicals in it. You can choose to let the dye grow out even if your roots look bad. But what I do is use a natural remedy because I find it to be gentler on my hair. For me was a different reason to remove the color. I have previously gotten a bad hair color and after the pandemic, no way I was going to a salon but I needed to fix it.

Here are some natural ingredients to remove hair color:

Baking soda and Shampoo to Remove Hair Color

DIY Vitamin C Hair Dye Remover

Anti-dandruff shampoo works

Douse your hair with a mixture of equal parts white vinegar and water
